Ingredients:
1 kg pork.
100 g onion.
spices (cinnamon, cloves, thyme, pepper).
salt.
hogcasing.
Directions:
Grind pork in a mincer, add chopped onion, cinnamon, cloves, thyme, pepper, salt. Stuff mincemeat into hogcasing and make small semirings, Fry on hot charcoals.
